All women want to feel comfortable, confident, and stylish,” she says. Sarah is also passionate about eliminating the separation of plus-size sections in stores. “Segregating customers into different sections sends the wrong message. Every woman deserves to feel included and valued in fashion.”
April: The Detail-Oriented Patternmaker
April, Estelle’s Patternmaker and Quality Assurance Assistant, is responsible for turning Sarah’s designs into perfectly fitted garments. “The best part of my job is seeing the final product come to life,” April says. Her daily tasks include measuring, cutting fabric, and patternmaking to ensure the fit and comfort of each piece.
Her favorite garment from the current collection is the Atriedes Dress, which she loves for its blend of elegance and comfort. “I’d wear it to a musical or high tea with friends. It’s a piece that works for so many occasions.”
April is deeply involved in the fitting process, ensuring that Estelle’s designs are truly size-inclusive. “We fit all garments on an Estelle size 16 model to ensure they look and feel great,” she explains. For those shopping in-store, April suggests starting with a piece that has a fitted waist to find the best fit.
Miri: Ensuring the Perfect Fit
As Estelle’s Fit Specialist, Miri plays a crucial role in ensuring each garment is comfortable and flattering. “We make sure the garments fit comfortably around the bust, waist, and hips without pulling or feeling tight,” she says. Miri is particularly focused on ensuring that Estelle’s designs cater to a wide range of body types.
“We use elasticized elements in many of our pieces to give women more flexibility with fit,” Miri explains. “Whether it’s an elasticized waist or back, these features ensure our clothes are both comfortable and stylish.”
Giulia: The Creative Force Behind the Designs
Giulia, another talented fashion designer at Estelle, is inspired by art, nature, and everyday life. Her creative process begins with sketching new designs and selecting fabrics, colors, and textures. “I focus on creating pieces that align with Estelle’s vision while staying current with trends,” she explains.

When designing, Giulia prioritizes wearability and function. “I want our designs to be both beautiful and practical for the modern woman.”
